When will my order ship?
We know, we can't wait for you to get your CRUSH on, either! We got you! Rest assured, your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. We'll send you an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us so we can figure it out! 

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Will I have to pay sales tax?
All orders shipped to California and Nevada addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other U.S states will not be subject to any sales tax.

Where does my order ship from?
Your beautiful CRUSHXO orders are shipped from our facility in sunny Los Angeles, California!

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?
Hmm. Get in touch. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I get CRUSHXO Internationally?

At the moment we're only able to accept orders from within the United States. We are working to change that ASAP.
