What if I need to modify my order?
No worries! If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please contact us. But remember that once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.

An item I NEED is sold out. When will it become available again?
Sorry! If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. But there’s still hope! You can click the ‘ sold out?’ link on the product page and sign up to receive restock notifications. You can also reach out to us for more information.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Oh, no! This shouldn’t happen and we are so sorry. Reach out to us and we will make it right.

What is hazmat product?

Certain products are considered hazmat, or hazardous materials which include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) and are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. These items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

What skin types are CRUSHXO products suitable for?
Our products are appropriate for most skin types.

Will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?
We recommend using the products within 12 months after opening. In certain conditions, you may see separation in some formulas, which is totally normal and why we recommend you shake well before applying!

Do you test on animals?
Are you kidding? NOPE. NOPE. NOPE. Our products are 100% cruelty-free and ingredients have never been tested on animals.

Are your products vegan?
While a majority of our products are vegan, we are continually evaluating alternatives to animal-derived ingredients. Currently, our EYECONS eyeshadow palette contains one shade (Annie Oakley) made with carmine.

Are CRUSHXO products gluten-free?
CRUSHXO products are formulated without gluten-derived ingredients; however, due to the manufacturing process, we cannot confirm that our products are free from any traces of gluten.

Do CRUSHXO products contain parabens?
No, all of our products are paraben free!

Is there a Pro Discount for makeup artists?

How do I know what shade is right for me?

How did you decide which charities to partner with?
We wanted to pick causes that are global in impact and affect women and girls in different regions in the world. We also wanted to partner with organizations where we could make a sizeable impact, and our team and ambassadors could work directly with the founders to create lasting change.
